You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after approval.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Because inventory is limited, exchanges are processed as a new order once the original return is received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
